Ow, my skin. People with Alzheimers disease can be very combative at times. Some of them all the time. Last night, there was a fella who did not want his underpants changed. I got the teeth and fingernails at the same time, a feat i consider pretty impressive (teeth in the shoulder, fingernails dug into the arm). Then walloped upside the head and pinched sharply, all the while being cursed to hell. It probably sounds strange, but i really love the work i do.
